Interesting idea. However another Xander can do no wrong fic. Way to AU. I always hate when fics excuse any of the core groups screw ups and make one character seem to be the shining example of humanity. Truthfully there are parts of Xander I really truly like. However his mistakes are glaring as are the others. Buffy could be self centered and self absorbed not argument there. Willow dove in head first to learn and use what she could of knowlege , magic and power. There was a definite attitude of self rightess entitlement there. Giles hides his dark side. The thing is Xander constantly had double standards. He had them in his relationships and expected more from others then he could would give. Had he pulled the same crap on me he did on Buffy his head would be on a pike. I could never see Buffy that self absorbed that she misplace Dawn. Xander getting along with Riley ok that I can buy cause guy thing. The rest of the journal is way to off base. It is far to scewed to makeing him seem perfect.

Yeah but... it is a journal, these are events that happened through his eyes and with his personal mental scew on things.

Good story, quite amusing. Pity it had to end though.

My thought about the fic as a whole.

I love it ... this chapter was excellent.

Cool idea and definately worth a few laughs but with the abbreviated journal entry style it just felt like it was missing things and was hard to fully get into.

Love this. SU2 is a pretty decent show...kinda cheesey..and some bad acting now and again...but I like O'Mally...I think he and Xander might get a long pretty well...
Sad to see this end. :-( But I enjoyed the ride.
