Okay, a lot of slash between straight characters often sounds silly... But this actually felt realistic and i worked.
Quite a few bits of humor too, like: -"Gay street hustlers!" Angel said, standing up and heading toward the VCR. -Andrew & Larry- I love when minor characters are mentioned

I can really get into a sweet Oz/Xander story, and sometimes I feel like I've read all there are out there. I hadn't read this one before, though, so it was a lovely surprise. I enjoyed the group dynamics in this AU; some authors change everyone's personalities and/or relationships in an all-human, but this felt in character. Thanks for sharing it!

I don't really read slash anymore but this story was really sweet. I like the way you linked Xander's feelings for Oz back to the loss of Jesse and the characterisation of Willow was really clever and well written.

I'm glad you liked it, but I think you must have missed something - Willow didn't trick Xander into saying yes to the movie. She tricked him into agreeing that girls could find it hot to watch guys making out.
