I got totally thrown for a loop when it turned out to be Joyce and not Buffy. Great twists and turns, and not outright hilarious, but with a thread of it running through that's got me grinning and unable to stop. Kudos.

"There can’t be that many women in the world named Buffy Summers, unfortunately.
He wonders what he'll tell the therapist at the next meeting."
*Giggle* The therapist scenes were some of my favorites. Very interesting-and funny. I was thinking the quickie wedding would be with Buffy, but I can see Joyce working better. In the movie, John talked as if the quickie marriage woman was sweet, and not deserving of being whacked.
I want more!

Interesting. I'd really like to read more about the assignment and how it will affect John and Jane's relationship now that they've aired out their dirty laundries. -grins-
Funny how I was just thinking of writing a MMS/BtVS crossover after watching that particular confession scene from the movie. :)

Review of chapter "A Vegas thing" from YademosEbyam
Review:
Good story, but is it really possible to get a divorce that quickly in Vegas? I seem to remember an old movie about a group of would-be divorcees (all female) in a Nevada resort waiting out a six week residency requirement. An emergency anullment might be easier (for just this kind of situation), but I'd imagine there would a time limit for it to be properly filed. And if there was a clerical error ... "What do you mean, you're my stepfather?!?"

RAOTFLMAO! I loved the shock when I found out it was Joyce married to John and not Buffy. As soon as I realized they were married I realized Joyce was John's first wife mentioned in the movie. Thank your for a delightful little tale. Maybe we could have another when Mr. and Mrs. Smith somehow get caught up a bit in Buffy's world. Please? *Insert puppy dog eyes here*

I loved it. It's great. Really cute idea. I loved that Joan asked for her name and social in the movie and he said she couldn't kill her. They were hired to kill Buffy? This would be interesting to see as a full blown fic. GREAT JOB.
