In many fics the new council has pull with FBI or some part of the government, also can Willow teleport in grab everyone and get them out? Once Lucy is with the slayer she should calm down and the cops can't arrest you for teleporting yet. Or do you want to bring a small army of slayers in to just knock the stupid cops flat? That could be fun. Just please update.

This was fascinating. It's a completely new view of a Potential being Called. Poor kid - a panic attack hits on the same day she went Active. Luckily, she's a nice child, with a strong and supportive family. I like this story.
I love your characterizations. You've given the characters a humanity that didn't exist in their portrayals on TV. Consequences that last beyond the next episode, and pain that haunts for the rest of life are the reality that television writers normally overlook. Thank you.
