Really liked this story. Very intriguing. I think the voting would be nearly unanimous for bionics. Giles would say no, of course. Xander, Willow & Dawn would say yes. Buffy will be P.O.ed as heck when she wakes up but will probably roll with the punches when she finds out that she can have little extras put in like a flame thrower and holy water sprayer...

I'd love to see you return for a sequel of this. I loved the two bionic shows and wish there was more fic with Steve and/or Jamie - especially if it is as well writen as this.

As for whast the scoobies say? I don't know. I think some of them will say yes (like giles) so she can continue on slaying. Tara ... i think she would say yes. She seems liek a person who can't stand to see her friends suffering. Willow. I don't know if she would say nay but i think she would want to use magic to fix all of buffys problems/

Bearing in mind that the Council will probably arrange for Buffy (and probably Faith) to have an "accident" if she can't function as Slayer, this is the only real hope she has. The Watchers would be delighted to have an excuse to replace the Senior Slayer and the Dark Slayer with a tame, obedient little girl.

It's a neat idea, original. What would that make her, the Bionic Girl? Spike would say no, trauma and all, but I bet Xander and Willow say yes. Giles would probably say no. Tie-breaker would be Dawn, and she's needy.

This is just such a neat idea. I'm surprised no one had connected the two Summers before. One thing, you have both Jamie and Buffy as "Mrs. Summers" and I think you mean "Ms Summers". As far as the voting going, after checking out Bionics on the Internet, both Dawn and Willow vote yes. After determining that the government will finance the project, Anya votes yes. Giles votes no since he still feels his Slayer will recover. Xander votes yes because bionics are just so cool and Tara will vote yes because Willow votes yes, but she will worry about how it will effect Buffy. I figure Spike will vote yes because he is used to unnatural things and he just wants Buffy to live. These are my decisions and I'm sticking to them. Lol! Now, I just hope you come back to this story someday.

Why would anyone say no to something like that? Arms and legs... or no arms and legs... its fairly straight forward (option 2 sucks). This isn't even taking into effect the projected lifespan of a SLAYER without limbs. I mean, she may not be able to fight back anymore, but to every vampire in existance she'd still be a tasty treat.
