Best follow-up line to the end of "Not Fade Away" that I've ever read -- brilliant! Of COURSE Spike would want to go for a ride!
But the combination of Methos and Spike (at that point in his journey) and Coleridge's poem . . . THAT was definitely a stroke of inspiration.
Beautifully written and insightful (not to mention extremely hot at times)!

This story shouldn't be over, The Old Man and the blonde menace,
But you wrote this as many years ago as count a clover, So I probably won't be able to sate my guilty grimace.
Oh well, What's done is done. But this standalone could do well with another one!

What a great way to have spike handle what happened to him in the aftermath of getting his soul back esp since that was never really covered in detail

Very, very cool. Lovely story, Methos is the perfect person to help a recently ensouled vampire, and you wrote him very well. (I love his thought about Methos McCleod!) Thanks for writing.
