As a fan of both shows, I have to admit, it was a pleasure reading this story. Steed would have wanted to go out that way, quietly, with friends at his side. I hope that Buffy can find a way to put that dagger to use in battle against the forces of darkness, as a tribute to a man who fought evil in his own, unique way.
