Or the coven in Devon What about all the demons and all who spent all that time trying to conquer the world And how the hell would they check out the planet enough to know it was there and had people on it, but not enough to know the people on it didn't have the ability to leave the planet.
I get this is supposed to be humor. But mocking a bueracracy in many different ways seems more fun to me.
