Well if taking one's time in updating results in such wonderful chapters then I don't care. i love all of the conversations that were in this chapter, they each had a wonderful impact on the future of this story. ^_^ I also have to say that Willow talk with Snape (can't spell his first name) is the best. As always I eagerly await the next installment of this wonderful story.

Wonderful story so far. And I love that you made Xander a squib. I can't stand it when all of a sudden he's a wizard, when in Buffy canon he's completely non magical.

Oh, I *do* like this story. Xander and Severus are my two favorite characters {with Spike and Dawnie in third and fourth place}, and I can't wait to find out what happens next. I loved Draco's description of Severus. The good man at the heart of the snarky bastard. I've finally, firmly come to the conclusion--no matter what Rowling says about how she hates Severus and based him on a teacher she absolutely loathed in school--that the power the Dark Lord knew not wasn't anything to do with Harry at all. It's was Severus Snape's love for Lily Evans. I hope your muse and schedule will allow you to write and post more chapters sometime soon. Keep up the good work. Thank you! I'm glad you've enjoyed the characterizations to date. This latest chapter (5) may be a bit OC for Severus but I have difficulty writing haughty (hence my love of Buffy dialogue), but I am attributing it to having just woken up from being unconscious and hope to spiff up the Severus interaction for the next chapter.
