This really is a great idea and story! I wish you'd update soon! It'll be really interesting to see how Willow and the others contact the SGC to try to speak to Kara and Cassie. It'll also be interesting to see how Kara is reunited with her people.

Intriguing concept so far, I have to admit.
Not sure about your decision to make Kara and Cassie Slayers, of course- up to this point it hasn't really DONE much for them short of giving them the ability to hit a bit harder than normal-, but given that it looks like you're about to bring that side of this story into the equation sooner rather than later I'm willing to wait and see how it turns out before I decide once and for all how I feel about it.
Besides, what you've got so far has definitely been worthwhile reading; the bit where the Colonials rescued an Asgard and had to fight off a bunch of Replicators made for a VERY interesting 'First Contact' for them- even if they nearly screwed up finding Earth by torturing Jack's clone before confirming if he was a Cylon or not-, and I have a feeling the introduction of the 'clone' Kara/Number Thirteen (Although you could have also made her Number Seven; it's been stated that the Final Five don't have model numbers and they DO 'jump' from Six to Eight for no apparent reason) should make things even more... complicated... in the long run.
So... given the revelations in this last chapter regarding the results of Kara's tests, will we be learning anything more about the connection between the Slayers and the Ancients any time soon?

Well, I have to admit that was a surprise. Hm, I recall thinking that in the show there was no way they'd make Starbuck a cylon as it would be too obvious. Making her a slayer was an neat way of circumventing that problem.
