You know that I'm really sick and tired about all the time Buffy had to hear that she wanted to kill Anya and not Spike because she slept with him. What about Angel she slept with him and had to kill him. What about the time when Xander tried to rape Buffy when he was possessed with a hyena spirit, they all forget about that. When Spike tried to rape Buffy and left and gets a soul. Xander is always the first to remind her about that and everything else that goes wrong. You should think he would understand about doing something you don't have control over and don't tell me he can't remember the rape, because he did remember. The spirit left but the memory stays.
very good writing so far. I'm not done reading yet.
Just discovered this series for myself and enjoying it. I too would love for your muse to visit more often. It should make thing more interesting once the Slayers are activated.
Will they be able to save the Guardian and end up making more scythes for the Slayers?
Perhaps after dealing with the First, they will have other challenges. Perhaps a certain planet needs assistance from the SGC?

Best pseudo-psalmic line ever: "‘And lo though she walks through the valley of death, she will fear no evil. Because she is the baddest mother in the valley.'”
I love it!

I've never read any of Clancy's books, but something about this story intrigued me so I gave it a chance. I really enjoyed reading it. I know that I'll have to read some of his books now. I loved the way that you wrote Buffy's interactions with everyone. Can't wait to read the sequel. :)

Review of chapter "Rainbow Over Sunnydale" from purrfus
Review:
I can really understand why this story was nominated in the CoA 2006 Best Action category. It is tightly woven, action packed, well presented, and yet it leaves to many unanswered questions. There is no real resolution and even if it is intended to be part of a trilogy some resolution is really needed - unfortunately walking away with Spike and ending up in an emergency room would only work on TV.
I don't read Tom Clancy novels and I didn't like the one movie I watch, so if not for the CoA 2006 nomination I would have missed this story completely, which would have been a shame. I noticed that the sequel is listed as BtVS/Rainbow/Mummy crossover. If you can edit this story to mark it as part of a series it would greatly expand the potential, as the multi-crossover section gets more traffic. Readers would be able to found the sequel in multi-crossovers and then back track it to the this story.

I am loving this story! I just read 30 chapters tonight, and I really like your characterization of the Scoobs. This story has given me a new interest in the Rainbow crew. I can see I will be reading more Tom Clancy soon... Keep up the great work, can't wait to see where this story goes.

The First is going to try and recruit Faith? But the Rainbow woman is supposed to be talking to her... You realize that while you've tied up most of the threads of this story, you've left me with so many questions. I'd definitely love to find out what happens next. :)
