Review of chapter "News of Family" from LMiC
Review:
After a rough semester and in between Christmas and New Year's I finally had half an hour to catch up. I enjoyed the several parts I have read tonight. I enjoy the interactions of Doyle with the staff. I look forward to reading new updates when I can. Thanks for writing this.

Nice to see this continuing - things are getting increasingly different with Doyle's involvement, will contact with Liam weaken Voldemort's support amongst dark creatures?

Review of chapter "Familiar Handwriting" from Stationary
Review:
I love your plot and how un-gary sue-ish doyle is. He was one of my fave characters from ats and id always mourned the fact that he hadnt as much air time as the others.
Im looking forward to the continuation of this story and can't wait for the next chapter.

Review of chapter "Familiar Handwriting" from fanrei
Review:
i hope you are not forgetting this story. i really like it .
Doyle as a main character is great, as well as your goblins, the house elves and McGonagall are my favorites so far.
did the Doyle family decided to just come rather than write? will Tonks manage to clue the poor soul of her interest in him?
what will happen with the children of the death eaters killed like Draco? will we see more about Luna and the prankster twin?

Review of chapter "Familiar Handwriting" from IrFane
Review:
I love this story. Doyle seems very much in character for his life starting over from that particular point, and I'm somewhat amused every time he describes Dumbledore's recruiting him.

Review of chapter "Familiar Handwriting" from mithrilandtj
Review:
Liam Rhubeck?

Is Rhubeck an Irish name? Because Angel is supposed to be Irish.
Comments from author:
Joss's canon gives us Liam as the name that Angel had/used when mortal, which is why his analog uses that name - why change it?

Yes, Rhubeck is an Irish name. I have shamelessly snagged it out of my own family tree as a name that belonged to Irish-descended relatives (the family had already been in the USA for several generations), as I can't recall if Joss ever gave a family name for Angel.

Review of chapter "Familiar Handwriting" from HebiR
Review:
I'm touched by Snape's reaction to his breakfast, his attempts to be comforting, and Liam's apparent pleasure in a relative wanting to get to know him.
