Not being an author, I admit to having no understanding why it works better for the story to end here and start over - I'm assuming that is the reason for doing that. I am glad you are continuing it because the end of this chapter is just not enough.

Each part of the series is dedicated to a different part of the life of the story. This part was her life leading up to her decision to go and her leaving. The next part is her journey to Hogwarts. Then I think I'll make it a trilogy by having her defeating Voldemort (is she does) is a third part of the series. Its not really staring over if you think about it.

I really enjoyed this fic, and I'm looking forward to the sequel. I just hope that this doesn't turn into a Draco/Hermione story. I really despise Draco and I find it hard to accept any story where he gets 'redeemed' for any reason.

This is a really interesting story with a very original premise. I seem to be in a minority of readers on this website in that I hate Snape and really hope JK makes him evil but I'm guessing you're not going to do that .... but I'll keep reading because it's very good. I hope Dawn can hold her own against the manipulations of Dumbledore and when things get bad I'm hoping Buffy comes back to help kick ass!

"Neville will not be punished" I think having the wizarding community hate him, and him hate himself will be enough... 4. I just don't believe book 6 do u???

Poor Neville, i hope he doesn't hate himself TOOO much...please don't let him commit suicide or anything.
I beleived parts of book six, the idea of a horcrux is interesting, but pretty much the rest of book six i hated..honestly the whole book felt rushed..and i have read fanfiction that was better than it. Not to critisize fanfic writers at all..but i tend to have a scale ..the book should be "graded" on a higher level than fanfiction..considering its been published and all that you know?

Ok I've been going through this in my head and I think what you mean is that the reader knows the potion was tampered with, while Harry thinks it was his own mistake that did it, ya? I didn't differentiate... For now its enough for Harry to know the Potion was what killed him. I may or may not clear that up for him later.

PS I know what you mean about some fanfiction actually rating higher than the book. I think its the same with the new AB Book, though the new book is better than the last one (in AB).
