Review of chapter "Chapter One" from (Past Donor)Dianasis
Thank you for the excellent possible future of Xanderverse.

+ You handled the interview format very well. Xander and Buffy were especially believable and their motivations both plausible without being wholey predictable.

- The ending was a little too abrupt. A larger post script or some sort of transition into the post script would give the reader more time to realise that the interview was over and later comments being made. You gave time for the reader to grieve for Xander, but give a few more sentences for the loss of Giles.

Thanks for the fic!

(PS - quite a few typos)

Don't call him the Earl of Westminster: it just shows your ignorance. There is a real-life Duke of Westminster (who is also Marquis of Westminster and Earl Grosvenor and a Baronet of somewhere else as a record of his family's rise in the favour of various monarchs). There's no indication in canon that Giles is of a noble family. If the British Government were to give him a title as a reward it is very unlikely that they would make him anything more than a simple life-peer Baron. And if he were a peer then he would be addressed as 'my Lord' and not by any knightly title he had.

If he were just a knight the correct form of address is Sir [FIRST NAME] so he would be 'Sir Rupert' not, never, no bloody way 'Sir Giles' even if he does (as has been suggested elsewhere) hate being called Rupert.

sorry about the bluntness of the review. I do like the story. Besides... didn't want you running afoul of the little rule that states that everyone needs a disclaimer. *grin*

A disclaimer tells people what the crossover is. Without it, some people like myself might decide to ignore the existence of this story no matter how many chapters are added.
