Review of chapter "Ch 37 –"There's a battle outside, And it's ragin'"" from Grovtech
Review:
I do understand about fickle muses. They are a pain. However I do hope despite that you're able to continue this very entertaining story. Oh my, talk about a different take. The Scoobies made more than their share of mistakes, but generally they learned from them. I also liked how you had Buffy finally getting the therapy she badly needed. For that matter they all had PTSD or other problems from being on the front lines like forever. Willow had the coven to help her while Oz and her helped with Faith. Xander had a bundle of joy falling from the sky to aid him along with a certain blond.

Just good stuff!
Grover
Comments from author:
Don't worry, I am definitely continuing this story. It's just that my muse's attention is divided among so many other Works In Progress, and she's already got the attention span of a sugared-up five year old. ;-)

Thanks for reviewing. ;-)

Review of chapter "Ch 37 –"There's a battle outside, And it's ragin'"" from Cateagle
Review:
I loved that last question and I've no doubt that the Dumbledore described here has at least one horcrux himself. It should be rather fascinating to see how things work out with all the different agendas in play; then again, most of the magicals here haven't before encountered anything like the team that's now present and that's going to make a lot of calculations go off.
Comments from author:
Yeah, Dumbledore/Grindelwald was exactly the sort of scum who would make at least one horcrux, so taking care of that before doing anything else on the political scene is only common sense to ask.

And the Scoobies are the complete antithesis of the Wizarding World, since they're pro-active, as opposed to reactive; they're concerned with the fate of the whole world, as opposed to just their own little section of it, and they're not afraid to look for help from anyone who might know more than they do about whatever it is they're trying to figure out.

Basically, it's a no-contest battle, if and when it comes down to who's going to come out on top.

Loved the story so far just finished reading it for the ten second time hope you will soon write more.
Comments from author:
Thanks.

The next chapter is started, but since my muse has the attention span of a sugared-up, ADHD five-year-old, I have no idea when it'll be finished.

Review of chapter "Ch 37 –"There's a battle outside, And it's ragin'"" from twlight
Review:
That wasn't Dumbles but the Nazi nut?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I am very glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read that little surprise! I do have to wonder if Harry healing Xander is the reason his eye is growing back and if Harry helping in the healing of Buffy might cause something of hers to grow back. I do have to wonder why McGonagall doesn't know about the wards of the school, I would think that would be something that she should have known about as deputy Headmistress in case the headmaster was incapacitated. Can Buffy or Xander beat the crap out of the pink frog? I am as always eagerly awaiting the next installment to this wonderful wonderful story.
Comments from author:
Yeah, Dumbledore being Grindelwald was something I've been looking to reveal for quite a while now. ;-)

And yes, Harry's contribution to both Xander's and Buffy's healing is going to have a major effect on everyone's life. ;-)

And as far as McGonagall knowing about the school's wards, remember that in canon, Dumbledore kept almost every bit of important information to himself, and only revealed snippets of information when forced to do so. This version was even more miserly with information. ;-(

Glad you're enjoying the story.

Review of chapter "18 – Catch Me If You Can" from ShalaDakiri
Review:
You know, I read this a couple times but either missed it the first time, forgot because I was reading it in whole story mode, or was reading on my phone (kind of a pain writing in text boxes on those).

That lady with the robot dog that walked past Harry while he's waiting for the Council pick up was Sarah Jane and K9, wasn't it?
Comments from author:
Yes, it was. ;-)

This is an awesome story. :) I'll really be looking forward to reading more. :) The whole dumbledore is grindewald thing is interesting. I think I might have seen it used once or twice before, but I really can't remember. Maybe I'm imagining it. If nothing else it's rare.
Comments from author:
Glad I could surprise you with that twist. ;-)

I've been waiting for the time to reveal that for a very long time. ;-)

Review of chapter "Chapter 36 – "The Times They Are A-Changing..."" from DieselDriver
Review:
Well, maybe the portrait should be burned after all. So it turns out it wasn't Dumbledor after all. Hmm. Good. I guess anyway.
Comments from author:
Burning might be too merciful. Maybe they could find out exactly what effects sandpaper or paint removers have on magical portraits, first. ;-)

Review of chapter ""You Know, You're Really Beginning To Piss me Off-" from DieselDriver
Review:
Wow! It turned out to be physical after all except that it was only excruciating for a few minutes. I'm sure he's gone to his just reward though.
Comments from author:
Yep. Buffy finally got the opportunity to punch out the idiot responsible for Harry's kidnapping, and she didn't waste any time taking advantage of it. ;-)

Review of chapter ""To Whom It May Concern –"" from DieselDriver
Review:
Oh yeah! I was right. It wasn't physical but on someone like him it was even better. And it's going to get worse as the only possible punishement is to send him ti Azkhaban (sp?).
Comments from author:
Publicly humiliating someone like Dumbledore is probably more painful than physically hurting them, since they value public adulation much more than anything else. ;-)

Review of chapter "Chapter 32 – Pardon the Interruption" from DieselDriver
Review:
Oh goodie! Stumblebum, er, Dumbbunny, er, Bumbledum, er, darn, can't seem to get that right, anyway, he's is about to get an old fashioned butt kicking but good! Maybe not in the next chapter but soon I hope. He can bring it on sooner by trying to take total control or even ANY control of the Buffy family.
Comments from author:
Anything that happens to Dumbledore is something that he deserves and which he brought on himself by his actions. ;-)
