Fun story - minor quibble, though - this is listed as a crossover with Buffy, but I didn't actually find any in there. Did I miss a minor quote, or is the story mislabled? (Either way it was a fun read, though)

EDIT... OK, duh. For some reason, that COMPLETELY skipped my mind when I wrote this. Ah, well.

Buffy and Angel are labeled as one universe on the site, so the trip to Pylea counts as the crossover. There isn't a specific choice of "Angel crossover."

True, he's likely handling it badly, but he has no moral compass. All he knew as "right" was that he was the next Lord of Murder. Once he was killed he lost all sense of what was right or wrong even according to his own viewpoint of might makes right. He relies totally on Darius to literally tell him what to do.

K, just had 2 questions about the people mentioned on the passing worlds in 'Between.' I got the Star Wars, Aliens, and Superman references but who/what were a "metal man fought another in defense of a young boy." The other mention that i'm unclear on is the girl who stuck her tongue out at them. I was thinking River from Serenity (sounded like something she could and would do) but then I'm short 1 on companions (Mal, Jayne, Zoe, Wash, Simon, Kaylee, and Inara. . . oh wait. .just remembered Book, n/m :) Ok then, was it Serenity? All i really know about the show is what i've read in fanfiction so i could be wrong.
Anyways, keep up the good work. Hope to read more from you soon.

Wow, I somehow managed to overlook the first five chapters of this story going up. On the other hand, I had the pleasant experience of reading all six tonight, so I can't really complain.

Your SG1 and Fred characterizations seem fairly spot on. (Can't really say much about the F:TLC characterization, but it certainly seems to be in the spirit of the game.)

I look forward to more of this story in the future.

Yep, I've actually been experimenting with uploading chapters at different times so my story stays near the top longer :D.

Glad you think they're spot on, I was a bit worried that I was getting Fred wrong.
The Fable characters were fairly difficult though, Theresa, while playing a central role in the game doesn't have a terrible lot to say and the player character says nothing! Luckily I have the habit of creating my own dialog in my head when that happens.

Getting close to the end now though, well for this part of the story at least. Part two and three and many drabbles await me.
