i kind of pieced it together when you called the mechanic Davenport.. and about him being a grease monkey.. then the whole him and Strait thing ( that's how you spell Enos last name.. as in The Strait of Magelen) but it was an awesome story and I'd like to think the Duke boys wouldn't mind Dawn owning the General.. It would be in good hands.. at least till the next Tuesday rolls around

I guessed as soon as you said Mr. Davenport but that may be because I've seen the first three seasons of the Dukes in the last six months. I was hping for the General when I read the challenge. I loved this story.

You've just made Dawn a stereotypical backwoods Tennessean. Change it to "are working on the cars." and that'll get rid of the problem.
