Review of chapter "An extract" from
orangemike Review:
I'm not sure John Hamish Watson would necessarily understand an Americanism like "dumb" so swiftly, admirable and underestimated fellow though he was.
Comments from author:
I willl take your comment into consideration but there's a lot that can be gathered from context. And it is the word Buffy would use I think. That or something even more American and late-20th-century-valley-girl.

Oh, this is too cute. May I suggest you widen the scope and take it from a drabble to a fully fleshed adventure? And remember, Holmes always explains how he deduces those astonishing conclusions of his!

Hey, the beginning was great... but someone misplaced the rest of it! Do you by any chance know where it is?
Comments from author:
It's on my computer and in my head and in the process of being worked out. Atmosphere and characterisation are easy. Detective story plots are *HARD*!

Holmes, the vampires are afoot! More please - and if by any chance it ties in with Dracula's visit to Whitby...?
