This is such a great start. Using a minor character like Graham is a great device. I've been sucked right in. This makes me really want to know how he got there and what's going on with the nano tech. It's also cool that its pre Simon and River. I've not seen that done before. Nice work. I know it's been awhile, but I really hope you decide to pick this up again.

This was good! I like that the character is Graham, that's different. I wonder what he was on the lookout for, and how he got there. I wonder if anyone will recognize California as a state in the old US. I don't know Firefly very well, so I don't know the characterizations very well, but they seemed to be right on. I liked the descriptions of Zoe and Jayne.
Very interesting! I think this is the first time I've ever seen Graham in the Serenity universe. It looks like it is off to a very eventful start...please continue.
