YES!!!!!!!!! Thank you! I've never been an Angel fan (Spike had him pegged as the "King of Pain"), and I'm glad Buffy chose Spike. However, I'm definitely in the camp that Spike is the one who deserved to be rewarded. Then again, knowing Spike, he probably didn't want to become human again anyway.

That was very sweet for Spike, I kind of felt sorry for Angel though. but hey Mr "I know what is best for you so I am leaving you for your own good" had his chance. Hey I wouldn't mind a follow up to this one where Buffy becomes Immortal and she and Spike become mates or something. (I know it has been done before but I think you could do it well after reading this chapter.)
