Review of chapter "Part 5: From the Ashes" from Salric
I don't know where you're going with this. If you're trying to rewrite the X3 movie but stick to its basic plot, don't: the book actually did a fairly good job of that. If you're trying to write a completely different X3, it's not working. If you're trying for the middle ground between those two options, I think you're a little too close to option 1, but you're still fairly early in the story, so you still have time to diversify it.
In any case, it'll be better than the movie, which was an adequate comic book and a horrible movie. And it's certainly well-written. I've got a clear sense of what's happened, but I don't know what's happening. I don't know if that's clear, but I hope it helped.

Review of chapter "Part 2: State of the Union" from LadyBold
this chapter was wonderfully written, definately a well done lead in to having a mutant friendly prez. The speech Beast gave was exactly right, especially in refrencing MLK, and his speech. Also, the use of mutant and BASELINE humans, since mutants are still human, with only an extra gene, not some mysterious extra race of people, just a mutated gene that allows for some extraordinary things to happen to the human body. Very interesting.

Review of chapter "Part 1: How Charles Met Jean" from littleoldme
You should probably add a disclaimer to your story, and in it, I would credit not only the X-men movies, but also the novelization of X3, whose opening is actually quite similar to yours.
