Inspired. Absolutely inspired. You've got the Simpsons' voices down perfect. More Bart/Buffy would've been nice, but still top marks for one of the less likely crossovers out there. I kept expecting Spike to have some point other than, well, appearing, but you can't have an episode like this without Spike present, somehow. Very good Mr Burns too. I eagerly await a sequel, or Matt Groening deciding to have some vampires in the next Halloween special... James Marsters seems to do a lot of guest-starring lately, doesn't he?

Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Huge Simpsons fan, so it was intimidating trying to do their comedy, but I hope I honored them a little. :-)

That was fun, though the plot got a little shaky near the end. Good job!
Comments from author:
Just like a real Simpsons episode! (Heh. ;-) No, thank you...getting to the finish was hard, from what I remember back when I originally wrote it, but hopefully it still made you laugh.

That was brilliant. You hit all the character voices dead-on, and the line "Did anyone happen to notice how yellow we are?" had me falling off my chair. My two favorite shows together! Woo hoo!
Comments from author:
It's funny you mention that line. Thinking of Xander saying it was what got me writing this in the first place. :-)
Thanks for reading.

I loved Fat Tony's take on the undead - got the accent just right too. Normally I'm not to keen on script-format, but this works well - probably because its such a visual show.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm not too keen on it, either (in fact, I probably butchered the hell out of it), but I used it for exactly the reason you said. The visual nature of the show.
I wrote this many years ago, and just gave it a much-needed polish. I'm glad you liked it. "Simpson" humor is hard.
