Oh this brought back memories of my youth when I saw some of these Eastwood movies on TV about a year after they were in the theaters.

I was just a little too young to see them in cinemas at the time of their original release and then I went to live in Malawi, where there was no TV at the time, and so I first saw them in the Seventies.

There were no intentional puns in this story at all. I re-read it and couldn't find any unintentional ones either. If there are puns they must be accidental ones that are invisible to speakers of British English.
