Moons ago, I got this idea of Buffy as a cop...of what she would be like and moreover, what the Scoobies would be like if Buffy took a path that didn't involve being a Slayer. After watching the final episode, it didn't seem like she would stay with them if she could avoid it.
In this A.U. it's my version of Season 8...I hadn't read the comics yet, in fact I'm not sure they were even out so...blame my addled brain.
