This goes AU after season 3 of Buffy since Spike and Dru don't break up again and Spike never returns to Sunnydale. That means no Initiative, no chip, nothing. Instead, Spike and Dru have been going from place to place, seeing the world, until Dru tells Spike it's time to return to the US. Why? It's time to have a family again.
Enter Sam and Dean.
