1)Word-of-the-Day-Calendar Challenge
prescient
prescient \PRE-shee-uhnt\, adjective:
Knowing or anticipating the outcome of events before they happen.
It was a frosty November morning. Pete and Chloe were sitting on the steps of the Liberal Arts building, eating bananas for breakfast and waiting for their English Literature class to start.
Voices drifted across the Met U. Quad.
"Clark Kent, I'm never speaking to you again!"
"But Dawn!"
"Get out! Get Out! GET OUT!"
The tall girl tossed her shiny brown hair and flounced away. Clark looked at the ground and wandered sadly off in the other direction.
"Ha!" Pete crowed. "I knew it! Six months! Pay up!"
"What are you, prescient?" Chloe grumbled, and handed over ten bucks.

2)Quotes Challenge
"Now I've got you, my pretty! Resistance is useless!" Lex Luthor declared. He pulled the woman tightly up against him.
The tiny blonde quivered in her stylish, yet affordable, boots. "You fiend!" she choked out, batting ineffectually at his shoulders.
Lex essayed a rather creditable insane cackle. "No one can save you now! Soon my Electro-Ray will destroy Metropolis, and then!" he began, but he was unable to continue. He plopped down onto the sofa, Buffy landing hard in his lap. They were both laughing almost too hard to breathe.
"Mmm. I love it when you talk evil to me."
The quote was: "I like my evil like I like my men - evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tie ya to the railroad tracks, 'soon my electro-ray will destroy Metropolis' bad."

3)"Show something ending" Challenge -- We all know Clark ultimately ends up with Lois, right?
"I wish you'd stay."
"You knew I was going. There's stuff I have to learn there."
"There's no witches in Kansas?"
"That's not the point."
"What is the point? What's so great about interdimensional metaphysics anyway?"
"Clark. It's what I do; it's who I am."
"Yeah. Couldn't I fly you there?"
"We already had this conversation. Superman flies Dawn Summers to England -- dead giveaway much?"
"I'll miss you."
"I'll miss you, too. More than anyone. There's my flight; I've gotta go."
"Me, too. Lois'll kill me if I'm late again."
One last hug. "See ya 'round the galaxy, flyboy."
