Prologue

I wish. Those two little words cause so much trouble. I mean really, look what happened to us all when Cordelia wished that Buffy had never come to Sunnydale. Or when Dawn wished that nobody would ever go away again. Talk about disasters! And I was the one who almost married Anya. It still hurts to think about her. Which is no excuse for not stopping Buffy from wishing that goblins would come take Dawn away for being a pest. To be fair, Buffy meant it as a joke. We watched that David Bowie movie “Labyrinth”, a few days ago, and the wishing bit just kinda lingered. Hey, it was funny! So now, Dawn has been taken away and Buffy, Willow, and I are off to save the day… again.
