In Case of Emergency (Buffy/Jo Harvelle)

All of her girls had a name, a person to call, to see.

Jo’s happened to be Ellen.

Buffy looked down at the young woman who had come to them months ago saying she had dreams; she could do things other women couldn’t.

Turned out Jo was a slayer.

Not anymore. Now Jo was an empty shell. The lights were on but nobody was home. Her eyes moved but she didn’t have any true responses.

Buffy looked at the paper in her hands, at the name and the word ‘Roadhouse’ written so clearly and left.

She had people to see.
