Chapter Three, Claire Litton, Eight years old

Authors note: This was the most difficult story to write, because Claire is a mystery character. Who is her father?

Chapter Three,
Claire Litton, Eight years old.

When Claire was a little girl, her father sang the star song to her. But then he was gone. Mummy wouldn't sing the song. Instead she gave Claire a book, a book that use to belong to her, when she was a small girl. It was old with faded pictures, and it was called Peter Pan.

Peter Pan lived in a star, the second star to the right. Maybe, Claire thought, the falling star from Daddy's song was a fairy, or a lost boy. Maybe one day she would find a fallen star and she be able to fly away.

She could be the next mother in neverland, with all the lost boys and girls.
