Invisible Clothes – Excellent Idea.

“Major Carter, can you explain to us why Doctor Fraiser and the entire nursing staff needs to be present when we test out these new uniforms?” Jack asked as he stood next to Daniel and Tea’lc in the gym.

“No reason sir. They were simply eager to see the fabric I’d developed in action.” Sam explained as she looked critically at their clothing one last time.

“Alright, I want you guys to do some gentle sparring to see how well the fabric moves. I’m going to stand over by Janet to observe the trial.” Knowing that they’d follow her orders immediately, she headed over to stand by Dr. Fraiser who was standing ten feet away from the men.

“Explain it to me one more time Sam, what use is this material going to be out in the field?” Janet questioned when Sam had joined her.

“None at all Janet. I just thought it would be a challenge to develop a fabric that turns invisible when it gets wet.” Replied Major Carter as she stood under the smoke detector holding a lighter.
