Story

Summary: Why you send him off, along with Faith, to represent the Council’s interests in the Pegasus Galaxy of course! A very silly series of double drabbles written for TtH Drabbles and more than a few FFA pairings. Crosses with SG-1 and SGA.

TtH Drabbles Challenge: #068 – Giving Thanks

"Dr. Weir, this is Col. Caldwell. We are in orbit and ready to send down your guests."

Dr. Weir tapped her earpiece. "This is a surprise. We weren't expecting you until-"

She abruptly stopped as he appeared in her office with the two visitors.

"Col. Caldwell, nice to see you again. Ms. Lehane, Mr. Wells – welcome."

They both looked so much younger than she was expecting – the boy in particular – but if everything the SGC said was true, they were very lucky to have them.

Caldwell nodded curtly. "Well, here you go. We are just going to restock some supplies and then we'll be off."

Dr. Weir frowned. "I thought you were planning some furlough time here in Pegasus."

"We had talked about it," Caldwell answered, not quite looking her in the eye, "but the whole crew unanimously voted to head back. Can your people be ready within the hour?"

"Well, I suppose they can be, but-"

"Great." Caldwell tapped his own earpiece. "Daedalus – one to beam up."

And he vanished.

The whole crew was waiting. "Are they really gone?"

Col. Caldwell smiled broadly. "They are now officially Atlantis' problem."

The crew cheered and Novak muttered, "Thank God for that."
