Cordy's dead, though Angel doesn't know yet. Lindsay's snatched to Hell, now all that's left is to hit Angel with the clue hammer kiss from the Powers That Be.

As they head for his office they pass workmen wheeling a sarcophagus towards the lab. She hates knowing what's to come. Unless...

"Hey! Shiny!" She twists the gem, inhales the spores before anyone can stop her.

The pretend body she's wearing has no resistance. There's just time to kiss Angel, then brown eyes close, blue eyes snap open and Illyria says "This will do."

The PTBs won't like it. Screw them.
