AND I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU, Man and Wife,” the priest closed the black, leather bound book and smiled up at the couple standing before him.  “You may now kiss the bride,” he looked from one pair then to the next.

Sam and Dean Winchester lifted the white veils covering the face of their wives.  Both men wrapped their arms around the blonde and brunette’s waist, hauled them towards them before capturing their smiling lips in a kiss to seal the vows they just made.

Hank Summers and John Winchester watched with tears on the corners of their eyes as their children exchanged wedding vows.  Both men couldn’t have been happier for their children’s choice of spouses to spend the rest of their lives with.

Sam and Buffy.  Dean and Faith.  Both sets of couples were aware of the supernatural and knew exactly what kind of work was required for their profession.

“Congratulations,” Hank and John said in unison, clasping each other’s hands for a firm shake after the ceremony.

“Welcome to the family,” John grinned.

“Thanks.  I just hope I’ll be able to survive,” chuckled Hank.

“Don’t worry.  Your wife managed,” John reminded.  Buffy told him, shortly after he discovered exactly what Sam’s girlfriend was capable of doing, that she was one of the two oldest living Slayers currently walking the face of the earth.  Her mother found out about her ‘calling’ shortly after she turned sixteen.

Joyce Summers was frazzled at first, but gradually, as she slowly began understanding exactly what her daughter’s purpose was in life, she came to accept her lifestyle.

“I guess I have to then,” Hank conceded.

“Don’t worry.  You’ll have the support of everyone,” John assured him.

“Thanks.  Now let’s get this show on the road!”  Hank said the last words out loud and looked at his smiling daughter flanked by her sister and their friends.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better husband for my daughter,” sighed Hank.

“And I couldn’t have asked for a better suited wives for my sons,” grinned John.
