Willow stared at the smiling man before her. He had the kind of grin that made your gut tighten and the naughty thoughts run wild.

“And you are?”

“Willow Rosenberg.”

“Jack Harkness.”

“Goddess, you’re the Immortal Watcher!”

“How do you? You’re not a Slayer? They have female Watchers now?”

“If by ‘they’ you mean the Watchers Council, they were blown up three years ago.”

“Now that sounds like a story. Can I buy you coffee?”

Willow looked into the face of the man that had been popping up in the Watcher diaries repeatedly over the last 120 years.
