As Pidge flew south, he came to rest on a park bench

On the bench was a man quietly watching a building across the street. He had a bag of popcorn.

He noticed Pidge and raised an eyebrow.

“I have a secret to tell.” he said as he offered a popped kernel.

Pidge cocked his head and bobbed once.

“My real name is Jarod…” but he didn’t finish because the bird took off to the south.

Moments later Buffy and Willow came up. “Did you see a odd sequined pigeon-like bird fly this way?”

The man simply pointed south.

“Thanks!”
