Ensorcelment

Disclaimer: I do not own Hellgate or BTVS, they belong to EA Games and Joss Whedon respectively.

The red skirt led Carlist and Lady Elizabeth to a darkened home, which Carlist they entered after he smacked the door with his Automatic Rifle. While the red skirt dashed out through a wall to find a “Giles”. Carlist started looking around at pictures, seeing him the skirt and the history girl in pre-Gate clothes embracing each other. Then he heard a noise, he reached down to his belt for a grenade and cursed when there were none. Instead, he drew down on the door and kicked it open; a creature that pinged all of his fail-safes met his sights. He stared for a second at the creature and snapped his rifle at a door. Nary a second later had a vamp in full game face crashed through the door; only to be filled with demon slayer rounds. The other creature began to babble about a Xander, Carlist was going mad as to who this Xander person was. Even if he couldn’t shoot, Carlist decided a raised gun could get him answers. Before he could raise any of his weapons, a scream reached his ears. Carlist trooped out and dropped his sights over a creature that was chasing a cat-woman. The fail-safes didn’t slam on; however they stopped him from killing the thing, instead allowing him to send a round into its foot.
The bullet was of such large caliber that it removed the foot, sending it gorily bouncing across the road. The cat-woman started running towards him, the fail-safes slammed on, cursing Carlist drew his pistols and started tracking multiple targets, sending the smaller demon slayer rounds into knees and in some cases heads.

On a higher plane, a forgotten god decided to impose himself on a mortal and thus change the future of The One Who Sees. The bust glowed brighter, becoming blindingly white and then scything across the storeroom. Across Sunnydale; strange events occurred a severed foot re-grew from the stump, a ghost crashed to the ground landing on her rump, a simpering airhead gained a backbone and a Hunter looked at his gun strangely.
