Summary: A new danger in Potions
A.U.: No book 6 or 7, Snape is alive and still teach Potions years after the books.
She was more aggravating than Longbottom, something he would have said was impossible before the beginning of the term. At least Longbottom had been predictable, when his potion went wrong, and it had been most of the time, it was easy to figure out why from the results. And his failures had never require an Auror to clean up. It wasn't that way with her, she was normally as good as Granger had been, not that he would have admitted to her that she had been one of his most brilliant student, specially now that the know-it-all was Gryffindor's head of House.
The new girl was at the top of the class, but when her potions went wrong, they really went wrong, That was the third time this term that he'd needed help to fix things. At least now there was a Slayer and an Auror assigned to the school so things wouldn't degenerate as bad as the first time.
To think he'd been proud the day the sorting hat had assigned Willow Rosenberg's daughter to Slytherin.
