I don't own the X-Men, those belong to Marvel Comics and were created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby
Emma Frost was created by Chris Claremont and John Bryne.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer was created By Joss Whedon and all the characters with the BTVS TV series are his as well.
The Thundercats were created by Ted Wolf and currently belong to Warner Brothers, at one point in time Marvel comics did do a run of the them in comics form, although DC comics do them now.
“What do you mean there's another one?” Fury said into the phone. “He was cloned? Is the clone viable? Genetic Memory? You're serious? Right, thanks for the heads up. What's his phone number?” Fury asked. “He's what? I can't involve a minor. Not right now at least. Thanks Cassidy. Say, any chance I can get a sample?” Fury pulled the phone away from his ear. “Fine, no need to shout about it.” He groused before hanging up the phone.
“So I've got your powers, or at least what they would be at half strength.” Calvin said to Ben.
“Yeah? And?” Ben asked.
“Why aren't I super strong like you are?” Calvin asked him.
“Because I've got what you would call an adaptive physiology.” Ben explained. “You're going to have to earn your strength the old fashioned way.”
“Steroids?” Calvin asked.
“No, hard work.” Ben told him. “Now let's see how fast you can heal.” Ben said as he reached out with a clawed finger.
“What are you going to do?” Calvin asked.
“Just give me your hand.” Ben told him. “It'll be a quick cut.”
Calvin put out his palm and Ben cut the skin and watched it heal over in seconds.
Ben whistled. “You're a lucky bastard Calvin. You heal half as fast as I do now, which is a hell of a lot quicker than I did when I first started out.”
“What does that mean?” Calvin asked.
“Means in about six weeks I can get you up to some serious strength levels if you're willing to work for it.” Ben told him.
“What do I have to do?” Calvin asked.
“First, we eat.” Ben grinned.
“Ouch!” Anna said as she slapped her thigh.
“Something wrong?” Cordelia asked as she looked up from her book.
“I just got bit by something.” Anna told her.
“I thought we took care of the bugs.” Cordelia frowned.
“Forge's inventions aren't always perfect.” Anna reminded her.
“True. One must of slipped through.” Cordelia said with a shrug. “Remind me to thank Ororo for the sunny day.”
“It is nice isn't it?” Anna sighed as she lay back down, absorbing the sun's rays by the pool.
Several blocks away......
“Excellent.” Essex said as he held up the small vial. “Now to get this to the lab.”
With the boys....
“Where did you find these?” Xander asked Logan as they unloaded a crate from his van.
“Believe it or not, a friend.” Logan grinned. “I figured it'd give you and Beast something to do in your free time.
“How much do these things weigh anyways?” Xander asked him.
“Hundred pounds each. Indian clubs were a big thing once upon a time.” Logan told him. “That was a long time ago though.”
“Huh, cool. Beats juggling stakes while standing on a inch in diameter pole.” Xander grinned.
“What kind of a maniac trained you initially?” Logan asked.
“Coming from you?” Xander grinned.
“Point.” Logan chuckled.
“What are we looking at?” Hank asked her.
“A patient of mine.” Moira told him. “I'm hesitant to even show you this, but he's degrading pretty quickly.”
“I'm surprised he hasn't given himself cancer doing this to himself.” Hank said as he studied the file.
“I've removed a few small carcinomas from his back. But that's all.” Moira told him.
“Hmm....” Hank said softly, “What if we introduced a regular treatment of MGH?”
Moira thought about it. “That could work, but it'd only delay the inevitable.”
“What about the 'other project'?” Hank asked her.
“That's a final option Hank, even then there's no guarantee that it'll keep him stable.” Moira told him.
“He doesn't have much time Moira. Let's try the MGH treatment and see how he does. If that doesn't work, we'll need to use the chamber. If we don't, this Eric Lensherr is going to die.” Hank told her.
Elsewhere in the house....
Kurt looked from his girlfriend over to Lorna. “Has anyone told you that the two of you look related?” he asked Wanda.
The chair he was sitting in collapsed. “Touchy subject.” He said from the floor.
“It is.” She told him as she helped him stand. She paused and stared at Lorna, “Although you might be right.”
“We should probably check it out just to be certain.” Kurt suggested.
“I'll allow it.” Wanda said with a nod.
The Danger Room...
“Do that again.” Sam Guthrie said to Alex Summers.
Alex let the energy flow into his hands and shot off a blast at the target.
Sam took a deep breath and held out his hands They were encompassed in a glow before the energy exploded and he was pushed backwards due to the force.
“Well it's an improvement.” Alex said with a grin as he helped the taller teen up.
“Still needs work.” Sam said.
There was a bright flash.
“Sorry.” Jubilee called.
“Are you blind?” Alex asked Sam.
“It'll fade, I think.” Sam told him.
“Blast practice seemed like a good idea at the time.” Alex sighed.
“It is, we're just.... really bad at this right now.” Sam told him.
Alex blinked. “I think I see something.... no it's just spots.”
“I said I was sorry!” Jubilee cried.
“Next time, welding goggles.” Sam suggested.
“Good idea.” Alex said. He flinched. “Hands!” He warned.
“Sorry.” Jubilee said. She wasn't really. Her blasts didn't affect her sight at all and Lorna wasn't here to bitch.
“I hate you.” Calvin told him as he stopped to catch his breath.
“Give it a minute.” Ben told him.
Calvin did and he felt a hell of a lot better. “Dude, these powers rock!”
“Glad you like them.” Ben grinned. “Now for another ten laps.”
“I'm back to hating you.” Calvin groaned as he started running again.
He couldn't contain his laughter. There wasn't any need for stealth anymore. Not when killing the guards was so much fun! He reached out and snapped the guards neck before heading into the building proper.
“Hmm.... the main office or the labs first? Decisions, decisions.” The Green Goblin laughed.
Manhattan Midtown Magnet High....
“I need to see Parker and Watson.” The woman said as she entered the classroom.
The teacher looked up from his book at the new guidance counselor and then over at the class. “You heard her.” he said to the two teens.
Peter and Mary Jane shared a look before packing up their things and going with the woman.
Once they were in the office the guidance counselor locked the door. “There's a massacre going on at Hammer industries. You're needed.” The woman told them as she produced her SHIELD identification.
“Wait, there's a SHIELD operative at the school?” Mary Jane asked Peter who shrugged.
“Seems that way.” Peter told her before touching the watch that Strange had enchanted for him. He was suddenly in his costume. “Have you got transport for us?” He asked her.
“Two blocks east from here. Get to it.” The woman told them as she opened her window.
On the way there....
“Well at least we have a convenient way to get out of class now.” Peter mused as they swung towards the waiting Helicopter.
“True, still creepy though.” Mary Jane told him.
“I agree.” Peter said as they landed. “Let's get to it.” He said to the pilot.
“On our way.” The pilot told them after he handed them headsets. “I'll brief you on the way there.”
“This is awful.” Spider-Woman gasped as they landed in front of the building. What looked like randomly placed explosives had been used and large chunks of the exterior walls had been blown out.
“I know this kind of damage....” Spider-Man trailed off. “We need to stop this thing before it sends the building up completely.”
“What is it?” Spider-Woman asked as they leaped into one of the missing sections of the exterior wall.
“Bad news.” Spider-Man told her. “Really bad news.”
Four Freedoms Plaza.....
“What's on the news?” Johnny Storm asked Benjamin J. Grimm.
“Some company is under attack. Spider-Man and his chick are on the case.” Ben told him.
“Cool. Think they got it?” Johnny asked.
“Everyone's pretty much evacuated, so I think so.” Ben told him.
“Popcorn?” Johnny asked.
“Your turn Matchstick.” Ben told him.
Inside the building....
“Blasted Spiders!” The Green Goblin yelled. “Can't you see I'm working?”
Both teens dodged the explosive energy balls the thing sent at them and the resulting shrapnel. “Working at what?” Spider-Man asked. “Cause if it's a tan, I think you're doing it wrong.”
“You're funny.” The Green Goblin deapanned as he closed his knapsack. “I'll be going now.” He told them.
“What makes you think you're going anywhere?” Spider-Woman asked.
“Did I mention I planted some extra bombs as insurance?” The Green Goblin grinned.
Both Teen's Spider-Sense started screaming at them.
“We've got to go!” Spider-Man yelled as he ran towards the closest hole in the wall with Spider-Woman right on his heels.
“Fools.” The Goblin said as the building exploded around him.
Four Freedoms Plaza....
“Whoa.” Johnny said as he dropped his handful of popcorn.
“You can say that again.” Ben said as he watched the live newsfeed.
“There's no way he could have survived.” Spider-Man said as his head cleared.
Something took off from the rubble.
“You were saying?” Spider-Woman said as she extended her spider legs to shoot bio blasts at the escaping criminal. She missed. “Darn it.”
“Can you do anything else?” Spider-Man asked her.
Her right eye glowed for a second. Nothing. “Sorry, guess we're out of luck today.” She told him.
He groaned. “Why are you so corny?” He asked her.
“I learned it from you!” She shouted as she started crying.
“Look, I'm sorry...” He began.
“Gotcha!” She laughed before casting a webline.
“They're not all there are they?” one of the firefighters asked another.
“Acutally, they remind me of my folks.” The other one said.
“You got a weird family Tony.” The first firefighter sighed.
