When she first sees Booth, she asks "Angel?" uncertainly and Angela grins before responding, "Right there with ya, sweetie."

She guesses he must not be that guy Buffy the Crazy Wackjob dated in high school then, after all. She thinks they dated, anyway. She does not really remember much of her life pre-Montana and, thus, everything before junior year is like a blurry watercolour.

He does not seem to recognise her, either, which adds to the 'not Angel' theory. Though Seeley might actually be a less silly name for a guy, because Angel? Really?

It also means that when she kisses him she totally is not breaking the girl code of never dating a losers cast-offs. Or something like that; it might be something about not dating a friends ex. Though she does not know how much Buffy qualifies as a friend since they did not even like each other and have not seen each other in nine years.

She thinks that mulling over it will eventually come to an end. Probably about the time she is Mrs Cordelia Booth and picking Parker up from school every Friday for Daddy Weekends. Or something like that.

Or maybe sooner, because she suddenly stops thinking about Buffy and starts thinking, "Hey, when did I start thinking, like, marriage and family things?"

That ends up taking up a lot of her time between the time the thought occurs and the time she asks Angela to be her maid of honour.
