As per usual.

The hospital room was crowded; the nurses no doubt would be in here in just a few moments to chase everyone out…He smiled at the bundle in his arms…

Noah Cissa Malfoy…

She’d been a surprise, hiding behind her sister…

Slytherin no doubt…

6lb 4 oz…nineteen inches long…

No wonder she looked so big…

Faith came to stand beside him her hands loose at her sides, without a word he transferred the baby into her arms…

The Slayer gazed down at the small bundle with a smile, finger running down the smooth cheek.

“She’s beautiful, “Brown eyes met Silver, “They both are.”

Buffy held the other twin, cooing at the infant in a small voice.

Tara Jennifer Malfoy…

6lb…7oz…nineteen inches…

He smiled, he couldn’t help it.

“Thank you…” she smiled eyes still on the baby, “For naming her…”

He shrugged, “Your welcome…It felt right…”

She smiled, laying a soft kiss on Noah’s beanie covered head.

The nurse came in, starting to shoo people out the room.

She laid the baby in his arms…

He moved, pulling her into a hug, laying a kiss on her head.

She squeezed briefly before pulling away with a wink and a smile.

“Wouldn’t want Willow to think I’m stealing her man.”
A laugh, “Of course.”

He turned to his fiancé, the baby on her chest sleeping peacefully.

She was pale, face tired.

His lips brushed hers, “Thank you.”

“For what?” whispered, tired.

Emerald eyes closing…

“For giving me the sun.”
