Dawn Summers had a secret passion. So secret, in fact, that not even her sister, the closest relation she had in the world, knew anything about it. The only time she indulged this longing of hers was in the middle of the night, locked in her room, when she could no longer stand to work on whatever assignment Giles had her working on, but unable to sleep, she would play. Her prized possession, an ancient guitar that had once belonged to some slayer, somewhere, had ended up in a council vault just waiting for Dawn to stumble upon it one day in her search for some artifact or another. The chords floated through the air as she strummed, and she was caught up in the music, softly singing along.
