Eve hated being mortal, it not only meant that she could die it meant that she had to mourn her loss of Lindsey by herself. It had been a couple years now but the pain was still there. Stupid love, stupid humanity!!

It was on one of her bad days, the days when nothing felt good that she saw him. He looked like Lindsay, all be it a bit older, he moved like Lindsey, but he had an honest and protectiveness about him that made Lindsey seem less than.

She did some digging and found out what she could, through word of mouth, she knew his friends warped the net. So it was that she learned that the man was actually Lindsey’s cousin and a hitter. He was perfect and she would have him.

She hadn’t spent her life at Wolfram and Hart and not picked up some magical knowledge. So a few spells later and she was his dream girl, gorgeous, able to fight, and smart as hell.

And that’s how Eve became Tara Cole.
