“Dawn, you’re nineteen. I think you’re a bit too big to be sitting on Santa’s knee.”

“I don’t think Santa will mind,” said Willow, appraising Dawn’s curvaceous form.

“Oh, give it a rest you two; I’ve had enough of these seventies Christmas songs these British stores play incessantly this time of year while you’re trying to concentrate on shopping. My brain is about to explode.”

“Where’s your Christmas spirit?” asked Dawn. “Besides, they’re kind of catchy: Well I wish it could be Christmas, everyday.”

Behind them in the grotto, D’Hoffryn removed his Santa hat...
