The Hero of Port Charles
Summary: Port Charles is saved…by who
Warning: I don’t know; maybe language and innuendo somewhere along the way.
Timeline: merge the timelines so that Phineas and Ferb took place in 1981. You need to know what happened on the show back then to understand.
Challenge: just one of those goofy things that crossed my mind this morning.
Thanks to my betas: unbeta’d ‘cause I couldn’t do that to them.

Cassadine Secret Hideout
Mikkos was exuberant. He captured Luke and Laura before they could stop his plan to freeze Port Charles with his weather machine. Now there was nobody to stand in his way. It was clichéd, but he couldn’t help himself.
“Mwahahaha! First Port Charles, then the world!”
He was just about to flip the switch when he saw the strangest thing: a teal platypus wearing a fedora standing in front of his machine. The creature seemed just as surprised to see him, but took off its hat, reached inside and pulled out a card to give to him.
Mikkos read it aloud, “Perry the Platypus, aka Agent P of the OWCA (Organization Without a Cool Acronym).”
In those few seconds while he was distracted, Perry dismantled the machine and escaped without a trace.
Before he could wonder about what just happened, the phone rang and he picked it up. The voice on the other end warned, “Oh, just to let you know, I have an arch nemesis; he will probably try to stop you from using my Weather Change-inator.”
“Doofenshmirtz!” he screamed, vowing to kill the evil genius the next time he saw him. Now what could he use to take over the world? Well, there was always that genius he exchanged letters with: Dr. Brain and his assistant, Pinky. Dr. Brain would just have to get over his personal issues and agree to meet in person this time.
A/N: And I wasn’t even drunk or anything! Hmm, maybe I should have been and this wouldn’t have happened.
