The noise of the machine came suddenly and with it a blue police box that appeared and disappeared in tandem. Drusilla stood before the door and smiled, Miss Edith was right, he came for her.

“What’s this now?” The man stood in the doorway perplexed. “This is interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone waiting who didn’t already know I was coming.” He mumbled.

“The stars told me a storm was coming. And here you are My Lonely God, come to whisk me to the beginning of time and the end of space.” As she spoke she twirled round in gleeful circles coming to drape herself against the Doctor's shoulder.

He looked at her for a moment and then shouted “Brilliant! A Psychic!” He placed his arm round her waist and ushered her inside the open door behind him. “Come in then...” He paused, “You know, I don't think you told me your name.”

“Drusilla.” She smiled at him seductively. “And I’m to be your final Companion.”

The Door closed behind her and the noise came again and when it died the box was gone.
