She watched helplessly as a bloody head rolled across the wooden floor and landed at her feet. In the doorway stood a giant man covered in blood. He was obviously dead and hell bent on making everyone in the room that way too. She watched the others slam against the door to try and shut it. She tried to move, to help, but she was stuck.

The funny little stoner was running around closing up windows. Something was wrong. She couldn’t call out. She couldn’t do anything but watch. She suddenly found herself in some sort of control room watching everything go down on a giant TV. In front of her were two men who were dressed like accountants pushing buttons and pulling levers.

One of the men watching a smaller screen pushed up his glasses cursed, “Fuck you, Fuck you, Fuck you, Fuck you, Fuck you.”

A woman’s voice came over another monitor, “Perfect record huh?”

“Japan just screwed us! How hard is it to kill a bunch of nine year olds!?”

“If we fail, the ancients will rise, and the world will end.”

The other man answered, “We’re not going to fail. The whore and the fool are dead. It’s only a matter of time before the others die too.” The man turned back to the screen, “Shit!”

“What’s wrong?” The woman asked frantically.

“Nothing. Everything’s fine.” The man with the glasses said before shutting off the monitor.

Faith felt like she was drifting away. She heard something about a tunnel not caving in, but then everything seemed to fade away. The last thing she heard was a creepy voice whispering, “Help them.”

Faith’s eyes flew open. The others were all getting back in the RV. Apparently they had stopped for some reason. “Hey there sleeping beauty,” said Marty as he took his seat next to her.

“What’s going on?” she asked.

“Had to get gas,” he replied.

She grew quiet and listened to their conversation. She was trying to figure out her dream when Curt told them all to look through the window. She glanced forward and caught sight of a tunnel which they were getting ready to pass through. Was her dream supposed to be a slayer dream? If so, what did it mean? If it was real, who did the creep voice want her to help?
