Avengers Mountain Base.
"Natasha can you read me?" Tony waited for a response from the super spy.
He didn't get one. He sighed and turned in his revolving chair, "She's avoiding me. She's ducking me on purpose. What did I ever do to offend her?" he asked Bruce.
"Do you want me to give you that list in alphabetical order, or in..."
Tony waved him off, "I may not want to make angry, but I can certainly annoy you."
Bruce smiled, but he backed off. "Point taken." he left the billionaire to his obsession and joined Betty. Frost was about to wake up and he wanted to be there to support her. "How's he doing?"
Betty looked up and sighed, "I don't know. I think he's coming out of it, but..." she made a face. She didn't have enough information to predict.
"I know what you mean. Interesting times."
She agreed, "Interesting times indeed." she gave her boyfriend a hug and waited for the Frosty giant to wake up, while Stark obsessed. That's another thing that Tony did really well obsess.
Land of Timeless Mists.
"How are we doing Dawnie?" Xander asked again.
"Will you shut up and let me concentrate..." she said between clenched jaws. The magic of this place was really wonky.
She could access, and manipulate it to some degree, but wonky.
"Leave her alone." Faith pulled Xander away from Dawn so she could get back to work.
"I was just kidding..."
"Uh, hn. Sure you were. I believe you..."
"You don't have to treat me like a child you know."
"Well gee Xand. When you stop acting like one, maybe I will." she sighed, 'When the hell did I become the adult in this instant soup mix?'
"How's she doing?" Clint asked.
"If wonder mouth would just leave her be?" Faith looked around while Clint took over Xander duty. 'I wonder what Tasha and the others are doing?'
Bobbi and Jackie kept watch over Dawn while she looked for Loki and Clint and Faith kept Xander away.

Ice Giant Base.
'What are they doing?' Natasha watched as the Shamans were in a circle chanting in unison.

Natasha held her breathe waiting to see what would happen next...
Land of Timeless Mists.
"Are you sure we're going in the right direction?" Xander whined.
Dawn swore, 'Why does he have to revert back to a child when he's bored?', "Faith..." she growled.
"On it." instead of hitting him like he expected, Faith grabbed his face between her hands and proceeded to kiss him senseless.
Clint and Bobbi smiled.
"We are coming up on a large cabin." Jackie told them.
A few minutes later Jackie and the attached nano tech habitat floated in front of a huge log cabin. Two small children about two to three years old were playing in the yard while a large sun tanned, blue haired woman waited for them with a large axe in her hand.
"We come in peace?" Dawn said, she shut up as Loki came out of the cabin. He was dressed in a pair of rough brown leather pants. He was also in the process of putting on a rough wool shirt.
"Hilda? We have guests?" he asked.
"Hey Loki. How's tricks?"
"Husband. Do you know these people?" Hilda asked her husband of five years, and the father of her children.
"No. I've never seen them before." he replied. "Who are you?" he asked the group in front of his family. He also saw that they had few weapons and they were still not drawn.
"Seriously? You live with us for a few weeks and now you pretend that you don't know us? Weak Loki. Come up with better." Xander told him.
"My husband does not remember anything from the moment we arrived in this land. He did not even remember his own name." Hilda defended her husband before these strangers attacked them in front of her very vulnerable children.
Dawn looked at the large woman, 'Whoa she's big. At least seven feet tall. With two young kids, and a hostile party in front of them. Time to dial it back.'
"Sorry ma'am. Didn't mean to offend. Loki here's a friend of ours.", 'If he really lost his memory, he's not gonna know the difference.'
"No offense taken, friends of my husband. Children go play inside." she commanded.
"Mother, do we have to? We've never seen strangers before."
"Hela! Take your brother Fenris and go inside now!" she ordered.
"Yes Mother." replied the three year old girl. "C'mon Feni. I'll let you play with my dolly."
The small dark haired boy agreed and took her hand as she led them back inside the cabin.
"You have beautiful children. Hello, I'm Dawn." Dawn waved to Hilda.
"Well met Dawn." Now that her children were safe and Loki's friends at least were trying to be friendly she let her guard down a tiny bit. "I am Hilda. Laufey's Daughter."
"Nice to meet you Hilda. You're a little different than how your uncle Frost described you."
"You've met my uncle? How is he?" she asked.
"He was fine the last time we spoke with him. He didn't think you would survive out here on your own." Dawn told her.
"I wouldn't if I had not used my magic to adjust to the heat. I still lost weight and height, until my form stabilized and my skin changed color to adjust to the environment. That was an unexpected surprise. If you came from where I think you have come, can you take us back?" she asked.
"Not sure. Maybe, but it looks like it's going to take a bit of time, before we can leave."
"It's not our fault.: Xander told Dawn pointing to himself and Faith. "We still can't recharge, there's no cosmic energy to tap into and this whole place is suppressing our ability to generate it properly." Xander complained, but he was essential right. This place was not cosmic energy friendly.
