Dear Murray,

You are dating someone!

And you think she’s really hot? I know, I know, you didn’t actually write ‘she’s hot’ but I’ve learned to read in between the lines with you. I’m betting that she’s really hot. You said that she was an accomplished warrior. High praise from you. Who did she used to work for? Are you and your old friend, Bray, helping her out with her mission? She sounds very honorable. Is she a good kisser? Or more importantly, does she think that you are a good kisser?

Now that I’m done teasing you . . . how is Jack? Really, how is he with the whole Pete-thing? From Daniel’s e-mails, I’m thinking that Jack has been distracting Daniel with lots of work so that Daniel wouldn’t dig into his personal feelings. So you’re the only person to look after Jack for me. I know that you see more than most would guess. Is there anything I can do to help? Other than talk to Sam, that is. I’m so mad at her, I refuse to write her again until she writes me and tells me about the Pete-guy.
