"You're sure he's on our side?" Willow asked, of no one in particular, eyes flashing angrily at the blond man sitting across from her.

Giles had sent her here to hide her from some wizard that was searching for her. He wanted to use her power to destroy the entire non-magical world as well as anyone else like her, anyone that had magical power but wasn't born into it. From what she had gathered this wizard, Lord Voldemort, had been wreaking havoc on the European wizarding community for years, but was now desperate enough to want to use a muggle born witch's power. So here she was, hiding out in the headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix.

Overall she enjoyed being here, as much as you can enjoy being trapped in a house with people you don't know. It was interesting for her to be around people that used and accepted magic as part of everyday life. It was just one person, the Order's newest member that made being here difficult. He was rude and insulting. Well, at least she assumed he was insulting her. She didn't know what, exactly, a mudblood was, but she was sure it wasn't good. Everyone had warned her, before he ever arrived, that he was...irritating but could supply the information they needed to stop Voldemort.

That was the only reason she hadn't yet cursed him with any of the many spells Ginny Weasley had been teaching her. Many of which would do significant damage to his handsome...no, scratch that, she thought, Draco Malfoy is not handsome. He is an arrogant, irritating...

"Face it, Mudblood," Draco smirked, "You won't do it because you know I'd be faster. There isn't a mudblood alive that can match a wizard in a..."

His taunt was cut off as Willow mumbled something under her breath that sent the blond flying from his chair into the wall on the other side of the room.

"Think she'll ever figure out why he taunts her?" Remus whispered to Hermione.

"Probably before he realizes why he’s doing it," she responded smiling, as Draco came to his feet cursing under his breath.
