Xander was tired. He had worked very hard the previous night. Only in his wildest dreams did he ever imagine what he did. He now knows that when dreams become reality, it is exhausting. He knew Anya talked about their times together, but he never thought Buffy and Willow would tire of it. If they would have just humored her, last night would not have happened. Rolling onto his side, Xander hoped that his sessions with his best female friends would not hurt their friendship.

Downstairs in the kitchen were four happy women. They all had fun with Xander, so they quietly drank their coffee. No one knew what to say. Miss Manners never covered this. Finally, Buffy spoke.

“Anya, I never admit when I’m wrong, but I was. I always thought you were bragging about Xander’s abilities. I haven’t felt that good in a long time.”

Anya put her coffee down. “He was pacing himself.” Buffy, Willow and Tara were stunned at this. “Because Xander had to be with all of us at once, he had to pace himself to satisfy all of us. One of the things I’ve always loved about him is that he always satisfies me.” The three young women were glad that Dawn was in LA with her father. If she was in town, what they did could never have happened.

Surprisingly, Tara was the first one to get over her shock. She went into the living room. When she went back to the kitchen, she was carrying her purse. “Anya, would it be possible for you to rent Xander out to me and Willow? There are some spells that require a certain ingredient that Xander can supply. This is strictly for magic only.”

Anya was doing the Capitalistic Dance of Joy. She always did this dance after a successful day at the Magic Box. The more money that she and Xander can make is fine with her. With a gleam in her eyes, Anya replied, “I’m sure we all can come to some reasonable financial arrangements.”

One Month Later

Xander woke up in his apartment and was heading into the bathroom to get ready for work. The door was closed and he heard the sound of Anya getting sick. Concerned, he slowly opened the door.

“Ahn, honey. Are you OK?”

Wiping her mouth, she looked at Xander. “I’m pregnant. You’re going to be a daddy. I’m late and I’m throwing up in the morning. It all adds up.”

“We’ve always used protection. You shouldn’t be pregnant.”

“Not every time, Xander.”

“When didn’t we use condoms?”

“The night you were with me, Buffy, Willow and Tara.”

‘That night? On one hand, I’d be the luckiest guy in the world, having four beautiful women pregnant by me. On the other hand, the diapers, the 2am feedings, the 3am feedings, the irritability, the weird cravings. Oh, boy. If it’s true and they are. Giles is going to kill me.’

Anya got Xander out of his internal monologue. “Xander! I asked you what are we going to do?”

“We’re going to tell everyone we know. Then you and I are going to the doctor’s to get you a checkup and getting you the correct information needed in having a healthy baby.”

London, England

Giles answered his phone on the third ring. He was enjoying one of the 5 good days of weather London has each year. And he doesn’t have a cordless phone.

Before Giles could speak, one of the two voices he has dreaded hearing started talking to him.

“Rupert. Where have you been?”

“Hello, Quentin. To what do I owe the pleasure of your call?”

“I need you here right now. Our archivists have found something and we think you are the one to handle this.” Before Giles could respond, he hears the phone click.

Two hours later, we find a gloomy Giles walking into the Watcher’s Main Office. He had an aura of irritability over him. Anyone who was near him sensed it. He found Travers’ office and just entered it without stopping to let the assistant announce him.

“So, what can a disgraced Watcher do for you, you pompous ass?” The look on Travers’ face was one Giles had never seen before. He was smiling. In reaction to this most bizarre behavior, Rupert looked around to see if he was going to be attacked from behind. Was he ever surprised.
